About Customer Service/Utility Billing Print

The Customer Service/Utility Billing Department is responsible for providing prompt and efficient service for the City’s customers and other City Departments.  Customer Service handles applications for new and existing services relating to water, wastewater and sanitation.

Responsibilities include:

• Cashier functions
• Cashier
• Customer correspondence
• Customer records
• Data entry
• Maintaining utility information pertaining to meter readings
• Preparing utility billing
• Meter service work orders
